Recipe book

Recipe book with a selection of thermophilic species as protagonists. Based on a study on how climate change has affected the overgrowth of some species on the Costa Brava, we created this recipe book to bring 14 little-known species closer to the population.

The project has been carried out collectively with the scientific team led by Dr. Elsa Lloret and Dr. Josep Lloret of the Cathedra of Oceans and Human Health (UdG), gastronomic advice from l’Àgata Albero and recipes created by chefs: Tomàs Brull, Pau Berenguer, Iolanda Bustos, Marc Caner, Mateu Casañas, Jordi Dalmau, Toni Izquierdo, Ricard Olivés, Lola Puig, Joan Romero, Marta Sanés and Pere Sanés.

My task was to collect all the information from the experts and organize it visually, with pencil illustrations and backgrounds in blue tones worked in watercolor.
