Vilassar de Mar

On the occasion of 25N 2019, I painted a mural in the center of Vilassar de Mar, with a design developed from a workshop with survivors of gender violence. In the latest photographs you can see how they attacked the mural with fascist messages and how the attack was used, a few days before the 8M, to spontaneously leave messages of strength and hope. I repainted the entire attacked mural at the beginning of 2021 but it was attacked again several times and finally covered up. The original design was used to make bags, banners and posters around the town, to keep the message alive.
